Roles & Responsibilities

QC Laboratory Supervisor

Location : Jurong Island (Company transport from Jurong East MRT)

Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 8am–4.30pm

Salary : $4000 – $5500

Benefits : AWS, Bonus, 15 Days AL, Lunch & Medical Allowance, Flexi Benefit $1000 / year

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise Lab Assistants in testing raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Assign daily tasks, ensure timely completion, and support QC Manager on product classification
• Troubleshoot quality issues, monitor in-process samples, and coordinate with production teams
• Prepare reports, highlight recurring issues, and recommend improvements
• Oversee staff performance, lab equipment, and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Train, coach, and support lab staff and technicians
