Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Operate store opening and closing procedures of the store
- Communicate, monitor store staff assignments, attendance, breaks, and customer service standards as a daily operation.
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews for the store staff, under the guidance of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Work closely with the store managerial team and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements in the daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations and loss prevention protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained as a role model towards store staff.
- Ensure safety and security of the customers and staff within store premises.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalate to the assistant store manager or store manager if required.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, which are in accordance and related to your job role.
Tasks Rotation
Sales Executive would be responsible for the following tasks, which tasks and responsibilities will be rotated every term or subject to Store manager’s allocation.
1. Merchandising :
Plan and implement layouts for daily operations, weekly new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.Manage inventory and stockroom operations, including receiving / verifying merchandise in the system.Prepare product knowledge to enhance understanding and execution of merchandising tasks to the team.2. Human Resource Matters :
Manage monthly / daily shift schedules and coordinate with the Recruitment team on recruitment, onboarding / offboarding, and disciplinary matters.Conduct training and assign buddy / mentors to develop and ensure store staffs’ skillsets are aligned with service standards, company missions and values.Observe, conduct and ensure all store staff demonstrate behaviors aligned with service standards, company missions and values.3. Public Relations (Campaign / Events) :
Collaborate with the Business promotion team to plan, implement, and oversee in-store campaigns and events.Operate and update company’s social media accounts or websites to promote campaign events.Coordinate with the visual design team and HQ for preparing in-store signage and communication materials.Requirements :
Have a Diploma or equivalent in Retail, Business Administration, or any related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant managerial or supervisory roles in a retail store.Have a passion and interest in Pokémon Brand and merchandise.Demonstrated excellence in customer service, serving as a role model for the store staff team.Strong organisational skills and time management skills to meet task deadlines.Detailed oriented with accuracyStrong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage team members and work collaboratively with the reporting manager (s).Capable of handling multiple priorities, balancing administrative and operational duties effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office Program (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)Flexibility to work in shift hours, including weekends and public holidayTell employers what skills you have
