Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:
Do you have a passion for clinical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement? We’re seeking an Executive for the Clinical Quality Management Unit in the Hospital Settings, to lead initiatives that make a real impact on patient care. Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure compliance, drive improvement, and champion infection prevention.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead clinical quality initiatives, incident reviews, audits, and patient safety reporting.

• Support licensing inspections and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Develop and update clinical policies, guidelines, and work instructions.

• Conduct quality improvement projects and training sessions for staff.

• Coordinate infection prevention and control programs, including audits and vaccinations.

• Provide administrative support for committees and meetings.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in nursing or healthcare-related discipline.

• Experience in quality management, audits, and clinical compliance; licensing experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Competent in MS Office and basic data/statistical analysis.

• Team player with strong organizational, problem-solving, and training skills.
