Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in Dynamics BC implementation & support is essential. Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to draft professional reports and documentation. Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
📍 Location : East, nearby Braddell MRT (after probation work 3 days in office, 2 day WFH)
💰 Salary : Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus
🗓 Working Hours : Mon–Fri, 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and workflows to align ERP solutions.
- Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and prepare specifications, design documents, and test cases.
- Identify opportunities for process innovation, validate via proof-of-concepts and pilots.
- Handle data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- Perform functional testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for new requirements.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation.
