Senior / IT Executive, Internal (Up to S$6000) - GEMS PARTNERS NETWORK PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Provide daily end-users support including troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues
• Manage user accounts, email, file directory, file permissions etc
• Assess and provide relevant software / hardware tools to staff for job efficiency
• Oversee and ensure timely technical support to all users
• Manage and monitor servers and network infrastructure
• Monitor IT infrastructure such firewalls, VPNs, servers and data center to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Monitor and ensure regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place
• Identify potential security weaknesses and risks to make improvements in the company’s IT security
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks
• Provide technical guidance and oversee troubleshooting of complex IT issues
• Liaise with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement of IT equipment and services to continuous improving the infrastructure
• Provide assistant and support to all IT administrative task and any projects / duties assigned
• Handle incident, problem and change management processes efficiently
• Conduct periodic review and assessment of IT competences of the company and to recommend staff training and upgrading where required
