Job Title : Horticulture Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Horticulture Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This key role will involve overseeing landscape maintenance and improvement activities at assigned sites, ensuring plant health, aesthetics, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the upkeep of landscapes and gardens, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and appearance.
  • Provide expert advice on plant care, soil health, pest control, and sustainable horticultural practices to enhance visual and ecological quality.
  • Coordinate logistics and manpower with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  • Engage with clients and site stakeholders, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction with project goals.
  • Train and mentor gardening staff, promoting best horticultural practices and onboarding new hires.

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or Environmental Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in horticulture or landscaping.
  • Strong knowledge of native plant species, sustainable landscaping methods, and urban greenery standards.
  • Ability to work outdoors and use digital reporting tools effectively.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license for site mobility.
