Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage the daily administrative operations of the school office.
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage enrollment, registration, and maintain accurate student records and databases.
- Administrative support to staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of school events, meetings, and activities.
- Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
