Job descriptionManage projects from start to finish - meeting deadlines and staying within budget Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Report and follow up on actions Ensure clear communication and manage expectations Collaborate with team members for effective budget management on projects Efficiently plan and allocate resources for projects to optimise time usage Recognise when and how to escalate issues and involve senior team members Provide support to other account servicing team members and internal function teams when required Team player and easy to work with Highly adaptable and open to all types of projects Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Proactive in updating senior members upon completing tasks and assisting others Accept feedback graciously and incorporate it into your work Passionate and curious about design and branding world Sociable and great interpersonal skills, interacting positively and professionally Meticulous, expert-multitasker and prioritises efficiency Good written and verbal communication abilities Problem solver with a positive attitude Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field. Prior account management experience is a plus (open to fresh graduates) Interest in design, branding principles, processes, and industry trends Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using project management tools
