Role Overview
We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels, including marketplaces (Amazon, Shopee, Alibaba etc), and potential third-party partnerships. You will own product listings, optimize sales funnels, and drive digital revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS) and implement data-driven improvements
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal bundles
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams on content and creative assets
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and competitive positioning
- Identify and onboard new e-commerce partners or marketplaces
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer experience standards
Qualifications
2–4 years experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplace managementStrong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada)Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel / SheetsData-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple platformsExperience in telecom, travel, or digital products (a plus)
