Digital Ambassador | 1-month Contract | $15 / hour

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking proactive and resourceful Digital Ambassador to support front-line healthcare users during the implementation of new systems. You will be stationed alongside with the users to provide real-time assistance, ensuring a smooth transition and effective system adoption. Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Act as the first point of contact for front-line users during system deployment, offering hands-on support and guidance.
• Assist users in navigating the system, sharing tips and best practices to enhance their confidence and efficiency.
• Address user inquiries related to system-generated bills by providing clarifications based on FAQs and internal communication channels.
• Escalate complex issues or system errors to the appropriate technical or support teams for resolution.
• Gather feedback from users to identify common challenges and suggest improvements to enhance system usability.
• Conduct informal training sessions or one-on-one coaching to help users become proficient with the system.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour to foster trust and collaboration with front-line staff.
