Engineering Manager

As an Engineering

Manager or Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for

shaping technical direction, leading processes, and driving the

design, implementation, and delivery of one or more products.

You'll work in an environment that runs like a modern product

company; collaborative, agile, and focused on

outcomes.

Key

Responsibilities

Define your team's engineering vision, strategy, and

direction in alignment with broader organizational goals

Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and manage

roadmaps for incremental, efficient delivery

Create and maintain long-term technical plans and

roadmaps to meet evolving product and infrastructure

needs

Mentor engineers through regular

feedback, coaching, and career development conversations

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop

strategies for quality, reliability, and security

Proactively identify and lead engineering initiatives

that maximize impact

Establish practices and

tools that foster a strong engineering culture and boost team

effectiveness

Support recruitment efforts,

especially for senior technical

hires

What We're

Looking For

Experience

building and maintaining large-scale, high-availability software

systems

Proficiency in modern full-stack web

technologies : Next.js / React.js on the frontend and Java / TypeScript

on the backend preferred

Strong technical

leadership skills, including the soft skills that build trust and

collaboration

Passion for engineering

excellence and pride in software craftsmanship

Motivation to contribute to public good through impactful

technology

Proven ability to guide teams

toward shared goals and outcomes

2+ years of

experience coaching developers and supporting their

growth
