Job descriptionIdentify business and regulatory needs / requirements and assess impact on reporting obligations Collate business and functional requirements from stakeholders and end-users Translate requirements into technical specifications and work with development teams to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions Collaborate with end users and development teams to formulate test strategy including test cases Participate in design reviews, including providing feedback on solution architecture and design issues Contribute to Level 2 and 3 support, including problem and root cause analysis. 10+ years’ experience in project deliveries and business analysis within investment bank and / or major financial services firm. Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and / or settlement process within Investment Bank (Foreign Exchange or IR derivatives or credit derivatives) required Experience in transactional / valuation / position reporting needed for clients or regulatory bodies required In-depth experience with review and solution of derivatives reporting regimes (MAS, ASIC, HKMA) required Excellent communication and presentation skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders desired Experience with the Agile framework or working in Agile teams desired Technical experience with SQL desired
