Host / Hostess for a Speakeasy Bar (CBD area)

Job Description :

• Retrieve data and tabulate monthly report on client demographic, spendings and sales for analysis
• Manage guest reservation and welcome guests into the outlet
• Liase with organisers for private events
• Broadcasting of upcoming promotions and events for members, also monitor expiry dates of membership
• Collate daily sales report for management
• Answer calls, email queries and other ad hoc duties including archiving sales receipts, invoices, inventory and transport claims
• Other ad hoc and miscellaneous duties assigned
• Serving food and beverage to customers
