Responsibilities :

  • Provide oversight of daily trading operations, including trade bookings, settlements and reconciliations.
  • Partner with exchanges, custodians and liquidity providers to ensure smooth trade execution and settlements.
  • Monitor operational risk, implement effective controls and drive governance across trading and the support functions.
  • Lead cross functional projects across trading desks, operations, technology, finance and compliance to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Markets is preferable with a combination of experience in the following areas : Product Control, Middle Office, Operations , Audit , Compliance or Risk.
  • Experience in trading operations, operational risk or project management within crypto, fintech or financial markets.
  • Knowledge of crypto market structure and financial products
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python or data visualisation tools; exposure to APIs and trading systems is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s in business / finance / economics or equivalent
