Avante Gym & Yoga is a premium fitness and wellness studio located at The Centrepoint, Orchard. We offer a wide range of classes including Yoga, Mat Pilates, Aerial, Personal Training. We pride ourselves on delivering a warm, welcoming, and exceptional experience to every guest and member. We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Front of House Executive to be the face of our studio.

Role Overview

As the Front of House Executive , you are the first point of contact for our members and guests. You’ll create a positive first impression, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide excellent service that enhances every member’s experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage check-ins and class bookings through the studio system
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide accurate information about membership, classes, schedules, and promotions
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Support sales consultants and instructors with administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
• Assist in daily studio operations (e.g. opening / closing duties)
• Gather and relay member feedback to improve service quality

Requirements

✅ Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Positive attitude and professional appearance

✅ Basic administrative and computer skills

✅ Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

✅ Willing to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

✅ Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or fitness industry is a plus
