Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines for Java and microservices-based applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build processes, testing frameworks, and deployments for Java applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Manage and scale containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, and availability through monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / EFK).
• Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, Java runtime, and cloud environments.
• Drive improvements in cost optimization, system performance, and security best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams on incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and long-term remediation.
• Maintain clear documentation for processes, runbooks, and system configurations.
