Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to new inquiries via phone, email, or social media and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare and present tailored catering proposals and quotations based on client needs and budgets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services (event packages, staffing, decor).
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle—from inquiry to post-event feedback.
Qualifications :
