Roles & Responsibilities : (IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION)
- Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities / subcontractors / workers at site and ensure work performed on-site complies with local authorities’ requirements.
- Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Job requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalentWork experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsPossess a Class 3 license will be an added advantage.Salary is commensurate to working experience.Please indicate the below information in your resume :
