Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical system maintenance or installation. Familiar with LTA requirements, SS531, and relevant local codes. Strong coordination skills and knowledge of M&E systems in public infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview :
The Mechanical Engineer will support the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems related to commuter facilities — such as pumps, fans, lifts, or ventilation equipment — ensuring functionality, safety, and LTA compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical assets and components.
- Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and mechanical system reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with equipment standards and specifications.
