Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of delivery planning, implementation and execution
• Ensure operations meet the expectations of clients
• Plan and provide relevant training for new workers
• Ensure policies and procedures are current and updated
• Manage complaints and follow up with service recovery
• Review processes and improve overall performances
• Establish positive, healthy and safe work environment
• Able to converse and write in Chinese to liasise with mandarin speaking vendor & customers
• Must be able to work night shift and splite shift
• Must be able to work extra hours if needed
• Ensure safe handling of goods.
• Observe Safe Work Procedures while delivering goods to Customers
