Class 4 Driver

As an Events Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and

timely transportation of equipment, materials, and staff to and

from event locations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all

aspects of event setup and breakdown are executed efficiently,

supporting our goal of delivering exceptional event

experiences.

Key

Responsibilities : Transportation and

Logistics :

Safely

transport event equipment, materials, and personnel to and from

event sites.

• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring that all

items are secured properly to avoid damage.

• Coordinate

with the events management team to plan best routes and

schedules.

Vehicle

Maintenance :
• Perform

regular maintenance checks on company vehicles (e.g., checking

fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes).

• Report any

vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly to ensure vehicle

safety and reliability.

Event

Support :
• Assist with

on-site event setup and breakdown as needed.

• Ensure

timely arrival and setup according to event

schedules.

• Provide logistical support during events, as

required.

Documentation

and

Compliance :
• Maintain

accurate records of vehicle use, condition, and

maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with local traffic laws

and regulations.

• Manage fuel consumption and expense

reports efficiently.

Customer

Service :
• Provide

excellent service to team members and clients, ensuring their

transportation needs are met with

professionalism.

• Respond to transportation-related

inquiries and resolve any issues

promptly.

Job

Requirements : Valid

driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience as a driver for 1 year and above or

in a similar role preferred.

Ability to lift

heavy objects and equipment.

Excellent

organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Experience in event setups and logistics.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings

and weekends, according to event schedules.

Good spoken in English &

Mandarin
