Work closely with commercial and project teams to help Whale win customers quickly.
Perform efficient pre-sales work around standard fast (standard product + fast customization) projects.
Execute pre-sales activities for standard product requirements, including collation and updating of Whale's standard plan.
Follow up on leads for standard product requirement projects, assist BD colleagues, conduct program presentations, introduce Whale products, provide standard quotations, and facilitate rapid signing.
Quickly handle non-complex customized projects by integrating internal and ISV resources to move swiftly and acquire customers.
Manage multiple projects, oversee customer stages, and set clear customer expectations.
Construct and demonstrate POC (Proof of Concept), undertake simple customer POC demonstrations, quickly showcase products, and develop POC scenarios.
Other responsibilities :
Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and exchange program insights.
Maintain close contact with the product department to stay updated on iterative pre-sales product knowledge.
Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project implementation.
Handle other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, pre-sales consulting in internet companies, data analytics, or automation marketing industry preferred.
Strong industry insight and brand sensitivity, adept at program writing, and possessing strong logical skills.
Excellent resource integration, data analytics, cross-team communication, and collaboration skills.
Good communication skills, capable of engaging with customers, explaining programs, and building trust.
Ability to handle high-intensity work challenges.
