About the Role

As a global team, we span across Australia, China, USA, and Singapore, revolutionizing applied data science, data engineering and platform solutions to support Airwallex's rapid growth. You will collaborate with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and more, to tackle complex data problems and shape the future of fintech. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and quantify opportunities to drive product adoption, and translate insights into roadmap priorities
• Design and implement experiments to measure the impact of growth initiatives (acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation)
• Objectively measure the performance of growth programs and generate actionable insights
• Build scalable measurement frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making across teams
• Build predictive models to identify high-value users for the Growth team to prioritize
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to shape and execute Growth strategy
