What You’ll Do :
Client Management & Business Development
- Engage new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
- Build long-term relationships by offering tailored recruitment solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Manage client accounts and ensure high service satisfaction
Candidate Management
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirementsUse platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals to attract top talentGuide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from interview prep to job offerMaintain strong candidate relationships for future opportunitiesRecruitment Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and temporary rolesEnsure all processes comply with MOM regulations and CEI standardsMeet individual KPIs and contribute to team goalsWhat We’re Looking For :
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fieldsPrevious experience in recruitment or sales preferred (agency background is a plus)CEI certified or willing to be certifiedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGoal-driven, adaptable, and proactive team playerIf interested, please email me at : katherine@recruitexpress.com.sg
