Roles & Responsibilities
ADMIN ASSISTANT
Data entry, filing and record-keeping, answering phone calls and emails, assisting with office tasks as required and any ad-hoc duties.
High attention to detail, especially when handling numerical data.
Experience in payroll, commission structures, or sales incentive calculations is an advantage.
Must be comfortable working with figure.
PC literate (MS Excel).
Able to read Chinese characters and liaise with Chinese Speaking clients.
Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm.
