Job responsibilities
- Issue quotations, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone and email
- Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
- Plan local delivery routes and manage day-to-day delivery schedule
- Prepare delivery and invoicing documents for daily deliveries.
- Submit invoices to customers via email or through online portals
Job requirements
At least 2 years experience in Sales CoordinationExperience in using ERP System eg SAP / OracleStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational and time management skills to meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work both independently and part of a teamTell employers what skills you have
