Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resource functions, marketing initiatives, and managing both local and overseas employment operations. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in both strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive marketing strategies to enhance company branding and client acquisition (local & international)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate overseas recruitment efforts and manage international deployment logistics
- Prepare and review reports, documentation, and HR / marketing analytics
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and overseas business trips
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timelines are met
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Employment Agency operations, and Marketing (both local and overseas)Proven leadership and supervisory experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and negotiation abilitiesHigh level of organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetIn-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR complianceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as requiredMust possess a valid Class 3 driver’s licenseWilling to travel overseas frequentlyTell employers what skills you have
