Logistics FP&A Manager

We are partnering with a leading semiconductor manufacturer

to hire a FP&A Senior Manager for their Logistics division.

This role requires strong experience in logistics and supply chain

finance, with expertise in freight cost analysis,

warehouse / distribution operations, and financial planning &

analysis.

Key

Responsibilities

Serve as the finance partner for logistics, service, and

warehouse / distribution functions.

Oversee

quarterly and annual forecasts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and

alignment with business goals.

Lead and mentor

a team of analysts, driving performance and development.

Manage freight audits and collaborate with carriers to

ensure accurate billing using digital and analytics

tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with CA / CPA preferred.

Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or

business operations roles, ideally within manufacturing or

logistics-intensive industries.

Team

management experience.

Strong analytical,

modeling, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel,

Power BI, SAP, or other ERP

systems.
