Role Summary

The CTO shapes MagicBlock Labs’ technical direction — designing scalable, high-performance infrastructure on Solana through innovative use of Rust, zk systems, and ephemeral rollups.

Key Focus

Lead architecture and engineering for MagicBlock-SVM, Validator stack, and Delegation programs.
Translate R&D into production-grade systems.
Ensure security, performance, and developer experience.

Requirements

Expert in Rust and Solana SDK; deep knowledge of distributed systems.

Experience leading technical teams in blockchain or systems programming.

Passion for open-source, low-latency compute, and cryptographic innovation.
