Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Support in drafting offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR team
