Job Title : Quantity Surveyor (Steel Structural Building)

Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in steel structural works , including I-beam fabrication, C-channel assembly and erection activities . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Singapore-based projects and be proficient in billing, claiming, and cost control processes .

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts .
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs for steel components including I-beams, C-channels, bracing systems, and connection details
• Evaluate subcontractor claims
• Monitor and track project budgets , cost control, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
• Work closely with the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure timely billing and collection of payments.
• Review contract terms and advise on commercial and contractual risks.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations , BCA standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Participate in site visits and progress meetings as required.
