Roles & Responsibilities

• Staff management : Hire, train, schedule, and supervise barbers to ensure they provide high-quality services.
• Operational oversight : Manage the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
• Customer service : Build positive relationships with clients, handle complaints, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service experience.
• Inventory and supplies : Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budget and financial reporting.
• Cleanliness and safety : Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and adheres to all health and sanitation regulations.
• Business development : Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, increase the customer base, and improve overall profitability.
