Responsibilities :

Attend to incoming calls and emails

Take down contact information of customers

Attend to basic enquiries from customers

Perform basic administrative duties

Requirements :

Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Call Center
