Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Perform routine maintenance on servers, user computers, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
• Monitor IT assets and anticipate hardware / software replacements or upgrades.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures, monitor policies, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Analyse, test, and troubleshoot network systems including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based environments.
• Diagnose technical issues and deploy effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Understand and respond to user needs, providing IT support and training when necessary.
• Manage user accounts for onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and support a broad range of IT infrastructure, systems, and network services.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new hardware and software technologies.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, or internal teams to implement new systems or technologies.
• (Optional) Troubleshoot and configure CCTV systems.
