Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our Singapore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining a high level of organization. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative :
- Provide administrative support to the team and responding to emails
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and to-do lists
- Prepare and distribute documents and other materials as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and events
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing and photocopying
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with the planning and execution of meeting or company events, from small meetings to larger corporate gatherings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
2. Office Management
Manage pantry inventoryOversee the management of office supplies and equipment, working with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure everything is in good order.Greet visitorsRequirements
