Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead client organization through a significant workplace transformation involving office relocation, consolidation, and the adoption of flexible working practices including hot-desking and activity-based working (ABW).
Key Responsibilities :
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategy for workplace transformation
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
- Create detailed change roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics
Communication & Engagement
Design and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns to build awareness and buy-inFacilitate town halls, workshops, and feedback sessions across all organizational levelsDevelop change champion networks to cascade messaging throughout the businessTraining & Support
Create and implement training programs for new working styles and technologiesDevelop user guides and resources for hot-desking and ABW environmentsEstablish support mechanisms for employees adapting to new ways of workingResistance Management
Identify potential sources of resistance and develop targeted mitigation strategiesProvide coaching and support to managers leading teams through transitionMonitor employee sentiment and adjust change approach accordinglyRequirements :
Proven track record in organizational change managementExperience with workplace / office transformations preferredStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsChange management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar) advantageousAbility to work independently within a dynamic, fast-paced environmentTell employers what skills you have
