Job Description :

Mandatory is : Recent working experience as a Business Analyst in Global Markets domain.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with significant business analysis background, preferably in the financial services / banking industry.
• Must have working experience in global market products for 3+ years.
• Must be working as a Business Analyst in Global Markets domain for 3+ years currently.
• 5 years’ experience in project delivery and to lead end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations.
• Domain knowledge / experience in Global Market products and system management in the finance sector is a must.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business analyst in the mentioned domain space. The candidate will gather and document business requirements, perform detailed analysis to identify gaps and work with technology teams to propose solutions.
• Working experience in project management is required.
• The candidate is to track project progress and monitor risks, dependencies and constraints, proactively address potential issues.
• The candidate is to provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Adhere to waterfall / agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and technology team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Proficiency in Jira, confluence, and other project management tools
• Previous exposure to Global Banking streams and products is preferable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Good interpersonal / communication skills and team player, with the ability to effectively influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead initiatives with ownership.
• Methodical, analytical, and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
