Duties
& Responsibilities
Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase
awareness and community support for the Home.
Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies,
voluntary welfare organisations (VWOs), corporations, and community
groups.
Represent the Home in public
engagements, networking events, and collaborative
initiatives.
Plan and coordinate volunteer
recruitment, training, and engagement programmes.
Supervise volunteers during activities to ensure
meaningful contributions and positive experiences.
Maintain accurate volunteer records and recognition
initiatives.
Organise outreach programmes,
community events, and campaigns to promote resident well-being and
engagement.
Ensure activities are aligned with
the needs of residents and the strategic goals of the
Home.
Assist in planning and executing
fundraising activities, campaigns, and donor engagement
initiatives.
Develop proposals and reports for
donors, sponsors, and grant applications.
Work
with Marcomms to develop outreach materials, including brochures,
newsletters, and digital content.
Track
outreach programme performance, participation rates, and
stakeholder feedback.
Ensure compliance with
all organisational policies and statutory requirements.
Support the Head of Home and management in special
projects, strategic planning, and cross-departmental
initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Community Development,
Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in outreach, volunteer
management, or community engagement (experience in
healthcare / eldercare preferred).
Strong
networking, relationship-building, and communication
skills.
Experience in programme / event
management and donor / volunteer engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media
platforms.
Creative, resourceful, and able to
work independently and in a team.
