SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing the work of subordinates, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and safely
• Ensuring safety rules are followed at all times, and training employees on safe use of tools and equipment
• Creating work schedules based on employee and contractor availability, and adjusting as needed
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project needs, and ordering new materials as required
• Delegating projects and responsibilities to crew members and contractors
• Recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and mentoring employees and contractors
• Developing and managing quality standards for all sites, and ensuring products meet required specifications
• Monitoring and managing project budgets, and reporting project status to supervisors and other officials
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
