Job Description :

You will be part of the SG9 team learning the latest operational aspects of the highly proprietary processes.

You are expected to understand and comply with all Corporate and Plant EHS rules / policies / procedures. You will work closely with Process Engineers in learning the process and equipment troubleshooting, establishing the work centre document (SOP) system, and training all Manufacturing Assistants. You will also assist Production Supervisors in fulfilling shipments with good quality products to customers on time. You will also be involved in Kaizen activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the operations team.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent relevant experience

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience. Those without manufacturing experience but have 3 years experience in current job supporting manufacturing may also apply.

P03-1 and P03-2 job grade with 3 years or more manufacturing experience may als o apply

Good statistical background with knowledge of Lean / Six-Sigma methodologies

Good written and oral communication skills

Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams

Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts
