Practical Information :

Location : Singapore | Reports to VP Data & AI for MIA | Visa Requirements : Permanent Residence | Language Requirements : English , full proficiency, written and spoken | Work Arrangement : Hybrid | Team Size : 5

As our new Solution Architect - Data & AI , you will play a crucial role acting as the main technical liaison to our customers. Your responsibilities will range from presales to project delivery, ensuring that we maintain professional and trusted relationships with our clients . By leveraging your expertise and providing guidance, our customers can depend on having their requirements met and a quick resolution to any obstacles.

Other responsibilities will include :

  • Support presales activities and lead technical discussions with customers to identify their and refine NLP opportunities
  • Qualifying opportunities and develop technical proposals
  • Establishing strong relationships with our customers to facilitate end-to-end delivery
  • Collaborate closely with our Engineering teams to estimate project delivery efforts
  • Conceptualizing NLP solutions and designing comprehensive solution architectures
  • Being an integral contributor to the continuous development of Crayon’s NLP solutions and offerings (Intellectual Property)
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience as a Solution Architect in ML and / or LLM
  • Proven experience in any of the following fields : Machine learning, Generative AI, Statistics & Probabilistic Modelling, Data Mining, text analytics, speech analytics, etc
  • Practical experience in engineering and software architecture design
  • Certified and hands-on experience with solutions from one or more major Cloud vendors (AWS, Azure or GCP)

  • You possess deep analytical skills and excel as a strategic critical thinker
  • You are self-motivated and skilled in self-management, with exceptional organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
