Role Overview
The Deputy Marketing Manager drives integrated communications and events strategy to elevate brand visibility across all business units. Leading both PR / Communications and Events functions, this role ensures strong storytelling, impactful sponsorships, and consistent executive visibility aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Brand Leadership
- Translate business priorities into cohesive communication plans that grow brand reputation and product adoption.
- Shape and maintain a clear, engaging global brand narrative.
Executive & Media Relations
Oversee messaging for high-profile announcements, media engagements, and keynote participation.Strengthen relationships with key media while proactively managing reputation risks.Events & Sponsorship Oversight
Guide event strategy, sponsorship decisions, and execution quality to deliver measurable ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product and Ecosystem teams to ensure unified and compelling positioning in market.Team Leadership
Mentor and manage communications and events talent, fostering high performance and accountability.Skills & Experience
8–10 years in marketing, communications, or brand roles, including a decent amount of experience or appreciation for blockchain / fintech / tech.Strong storytelling, media engagement, and executive communication capabilities.Experience managing teams and executing large-scale event or PR programs.Commercially driven with strong stakeholder influence.What You Gain
