Responsibilities
Providing after sales support to existing / new customers for servicing mechanical / electrical equipment related to engine rebuilding, oil & gas, marine, mining, automotive, petroleum sectors and industrial robots.
Trouble shooting and attending to all customer calls for repair works, both on-site and in our workshop
Performing quality control checks on all in-coming / out-going equipment
Scheduling post sales installation, commissioning and training to customers on site
Arrange Shipyard Safety Pass for staff who need to access shipyards for delivery and training purposes
Prepare Invoices / Delivery Orders / ISO documents to support service related sales in Engine Rebuilding Workshop in our Gambas facility
Provide Weekly Service Report update to management - outstanding jobs, works in progress, new service jobs and resolution status
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Technical certificate or Customer Support qualification or equivalent
2 years Customer Support experience handling customer calls in a Service Dept
Willing to support and take instructions from Technical Manager
A detailed and well organized person
Possess a class 3 driving licence ( optional )
