Roles & Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

Responsibilities (but not limited to the following)

  • Tracking student attendance
  • Printing worksheets for classes
  • Coordinating make-up classes with parents and updating timetable
  • Collecting payment for classes
  • Answering general enquiries regarding classes
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties not limited to :
  • Taking and sending photos of students to parents
  • Sending ad-hoc messages to parents for reminder / events / updates
  • Inform instructors of new students
  • Tidying the centre

Job Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good team-player
  • Communicate effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Require to work on both weekends
  • Weekday hours available
  • Commit at least 6 months
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification of “O” Level or equivalent;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Fluent in English. Ability to speak another language will be an added advantage.
  • Working hours (For Part-Timers)

  • Weekdays (1pm-830pm); Weekends (9am-630pm)
  • Working hours (For Full-Timers)

  • Weekdays (1030am-830pm); Weekends (9am-7pm)

    Available in either of the following :

  • Bukit Timah Shopping Centre
  • Djitsun Mall @ Ang Mo Kio
