Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Industrial Engineering or related field. Basic understanding of piping systems, pumps, valves, or fire protection products is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to read basic engineering drawings. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Scope :
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals based on client inquiries and project specifications.
- Review drawings, datasheets, and product requirements to identify suitable engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on pricing, delivery, and technical clarifications.
- Support the sales and project teams by providing technical advice during bidding and execution stages.
- Handle tender documentation, submission, and related administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer communications, and project documents.
- Assist in order processing and project coordination for fire protection and general engineering products.
- Provide post-sales support and follow up with clients when necessary.
