- Key is to drive revenue and profit growth by maintaining high conversion rates.
The key responsibilities are
ProfitResponsible to operating profit level for designated business units / teamsBusiness DevelopmentMaintaining our client contact networkAssist Managers and teams in key account developmentLead client presentations / proposals, pitching for PSAsNew business development initiativesLead in Account Management focus across all Page Personnel disciplines, locations ie build strong relationshipsDriving appropriate activity levelsPeopleBe seen as the “centre of excellence” for day to day recruitment issuesCommunicate team vision and goalsProvide support, guidance, expertise to managers and consultantsManage headcountManager, consultant feedback, training and development needsTraining of staff + mapping out their career pathsSupport / Business ManagementEnsure that monthly processes / procedures are actioned by ManagersDevelop effective working relationships with Group Services functionsMarketing / AdvertisingEnsure teams implement / execute annual divisional marketing and advertising planActively involved in client entertainment, luncheons, seminars, networking forumsBudgeting / Business PlanningIn conjunction with Director, responsible for putting together annual budget for area of responsibilityDesign a structured business plan & communicate it to the teamRecruitment / ConsultingActively involved in doing senior executive level recruitment assignments, selling retainers, etcattend monthly Board meeting as requiredother projects as required by your DirectorKey Performance Areas
