As we scale, we are strengthening our finance foundations and looking for a proactive Senior Finance Executive to join our regional finance team.
B. Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting or audit professional with 3–4 years of experience to grow in a transformative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to strengthen fundamentals of the finance function, improve group reporting processes, and support compliance and operational needs. This is a hands-on role that offers wide exposure across accounting, tax, treasury, and finance operations. You will be mentored and groomed for leadership as a finance business partner to our multiple business units.
C. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
Maintain and enhance day-to-day finance operations, including processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform month-end closing and prepare timely and accurate management accounts while implementing process improvements in monthly close.
Support migration to Xero accounting software.
Collaborate with business units to maintain timely and accurate financial reporting across group entities, reviewing work prepared by external accountants where applicable.
Perform year-end closing and coordination with external auditors.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance of quarterly GST filings and withholding tax obligations.
Work closely with external tax agents on corporate tax computations and supporting schedules.
Assist in ensuring all statutory filings and deadlines are met across entities.
Treasury & Finance Operations
Support group cash flow forecasting.
Assist with fortnightly payment runs and monthly invoicing cycles.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and enhance operational efficiency.

The skills you have :
Degree in Accountancy, a CA qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
3–4 years of experience in audit, full-set accounting, or group reporting (Big-Four, mid-tier, or commercial).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
