Responsibilities :

Handle motor insurance renewals, new applications, and policy endorsements.

Liaise with insurers, workshops, and customers for insurance quotations and claims.

Prepare and process insurance documents, certificates, and related correspondence.

Ensure timely submission of applications, renewals, and claims.

Maintain accurate insurance records and update databases.

Provide administrative support to the sales and aftersales team.

Attend to customer inquiries on motor insurance policies and claims procedures.

Assist in preparing reports for management and insurance partners.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.

1–3 years of relevant working experience in insurance administration, preferably motor / automotive.

Certificate in General Insurance (CGI), or BCP & PGI, ComGI will be an added advantage.
