Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s full set of accounts, financial reporting, and compliance, while also supporting the operational functions of the company's manufacturing and installation segments. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance financial responsibilities with active involvement in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow between finance and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting, HR and Admin

• Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Handle costing analysis for manufacturing, installation projects, and procurement.
• In charge of HR matters.
• Liaise with external parties
• Any other matters as and when they’re assigned to you.
