Roles & Responsibilities

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• 💻 Develop & Maintain : Design, develop, and maintain AS400 programs based on business requirements.
• 📝 Translate Requirements : Understand functional needs and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
• 🧩 Testing & Debugging : Perform unit testing, debugging, performance testing, and ensure smooth integration across systems.
• 📚 Documentation : Prepare detailed technical documentation and perform code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• 🚀 Project Delivery : Ensure timely delivery of design, build, testing, and deployment activities according to project timelines.
• 🔧 Production Support : Collaborate with support teams during production migrations, continuity testing, and environment activities.
• ⚠️ Issue Escalation : Proactively report and escalate critical technical issues to Application Lead or Project Manager.
• 🧰 Tools Usage : Work with tools such as ALDON, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Veracode, JIRA, Confluence, and ARCAD .
• 📊 Project Tracking : Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders for timely updates.
